Dice Shipping Issues

I'm all about being honest with you guys and fair play and all that jazz.

On that note, I have to apologize. When shipping the initial mail outs of dice to domestic customers, a number of dice orders were filled using my normal envelopes. The US Postal Service mangled them during delivery, and as such a number of folks have reported not receiving all the dice they ordered.

If this happened to you, please let me know what dice did not arrive by sending me an email (support@roku-mart.com) and I will replace the missing dice ASAP.

As of today and going forward, all dice shipments will be in secured bubble wrap manila envelopes, regardless of your location, to protect their delivery and ensure your order arrives properly the first time.

Again, my humblest apologies for this situation and I will do my best to replace any missing dice from shipments.
